Manage trusted proxies in settings

In Settings → Trusted Proxies, choose existing team or built-in IP lists whose addresses may supply the real client IP through forwarding headers. You can add or remove lists and restore the defaults.

You can also create named authentication keys for upstream proxies. Copy the generated secret when it appears, then configure the upstream proxy to send it in FG-Trusted-Proxy-Secret and strip client-supplied copies. Header authentication requires FlowGuard Proxy v0.10.0 or newer.
