Retrieve OpenID Connect UserInfo claims

OpenID Connect integrations can now use the UserInfo endpoint advertised in OpenID discovery to retrieve the signed-in user's subject and permitted profile, email, and team claims. The endpoint accepts either GET or POST with an OAuth access token that has openid.

Only claims covered by the token's scopes are returned. See the OAuth and OpenID Connect guide for discovery and token guidance.
