Create rules for trusted proxies

The rule editor now has Trusted Proxy conditions for the immediate trusted proxy's IP address, ASN, and IP list membership. Use them to apply a rule based on which upstream proxy forwarded a request, separately from the original client's details.

You can also check whether trusted proxy details are present or missing. Every proxy targeted by the rule must run FlowGuard Proxy v0.14.0 or newer.
