Review mail forwarding charges and renewal costs

Before enabling Mail Forwarding, the confirmation now shows the activation charge, the covered period, and when forwarding renews. Forwarding renewals also appear in the upcoming invoice and portfolio cost estimates.

The charge can align with the domain's renewal date or cover a separate period. Prices exclude applicable taxes. See Set up email forwarding.
