Browse, download, and restore backups faster

Working with recovery points is now quicker:

• File backups are indexed for fast browsing, and you can preview or download a single file without preparing a ZIP.
• Archive downloads are prepared in parallel, so large exports finish sooner.
• Database backup runs have a search field to find a database quickly.
• backupchief restore uses all CPU cores and downloads data in parallel.

Faster restores with backupchief restore require agent v0.19.0 or newer.
