Add multiple IP list entries at once

When creating entries in an IP list, paste one IP address or CIDR range per line. FlowGuard normalizes and adds valid unique entries in one action, skips invalid or duplicate lines, and reports how many were created.

You can add an optional comment to all the new entries. Existing entries can still be edited individually.
