Send proxy logs to Loki or OpenObserve

Configure Loki or OpenObserve as a logging destination alongside the proxy's other supported destinations. You can send logs to more than one destination and update their configuration without restarting the proxy.

Requires FlowGuard Proxy v0.2.1 or newer. See proxy logging configuration for setup.
