Transfer .uk domains using IPS tags

For eligible .uk family domains, open Push Transfer on the domain page, unlock the domain if prompted, and enter the receiving registrar's IPS tag. Domain Chief shows when a newly registered domain is still in its 30-day transfer lock and tracks the pending request.
